CD47 (CD47 molecule) encodes a membrane protein that increases intracellular calcium concentration when cells adhere to the extracellular matrix. The encoded protein is also a receptor for the C-terminal cell binding domain of thrombin-sensitive protein, which may play a role in membrane transport and signal transduction. Its related pathways include the innate immune system and integrin pathway.

Alpha Lifetech's production processes are optimized for high-yield biosimilar antibody manufacturing, ensuring that you receive large quantities of high-quality products when needed.

Product Background

CD47 (CD47 differentiation cluster 47), also known as integrin associated protein (IAP), is a transmembrane protein belonging to the immunoglobulin superfamily. It is a 50 kDa membrane receptor with an extracellular N-terminal IgV domain, five transmembrane domains, and a shorter C-terminal intracellular tail. It binds to membrane integrins and binds to the ligands platelet reactive protein 1 (TSP-1) and signal regulatory protein alpha (SIRP alpha).
