Product Background

CD3, T cell receptor complex (including CD3 γ/δ/ε/Zeta chains), is a core signaling molecule for T cell activation.
CLDN18.2 is a transmembrane protein expressed in epithelial cells of the stomach and esophagus. The CLDN protein family consists of no less than 27 transmembrane proteins, which are classified into classical and non classical types based on sequence characteristics. CLDN18 belongs to the non classical type. After translation modification, CLDN18 expresses two subtypes: CLDN18.1 and CLDN18.2.
