ADT1758-Human Anti-PD-1xCTLA-4 Bispecific Antibody

  • Catalog Number ADT1758
  • Host CHO Cells
  • Species Human
  • Target PD-1xCTLA-4
  • Application FuncS

PD-1,  an Immune checkpoint protein encoded by the PDCD1 gene, inhibits T cell activity and is an important target for cancer immunotherapy. CTLA-4, a T cell surface receptor, negatively regulates immune response, and antibody drugs are used to enhance anti-tumor immune response.

Alpha Lifetech conducts comprehensive immunogenicity and stability testing on all of our bispecific antibodies.

Product Background

PD1, Programmed cell death 1, PDCD1 (CD279, hSLE 1, PD-1, SLEB 2), a member of the CD28 superfamily, is a type I transmembrane protein composed of 268 amino acids. It was discovered by a Japanese professor in 1992 and is expressed on the surface of immune cells such as T cells and B cells. However, T cells hardly expressed PD-1 when not activated, and only after T-cell activation was the PD-1 expressed on the T-cell surface.
CTLA-4, a T cell surface receptor, negatively regulates immune response, and antibody drugs are used to enhance anti-tumor immune response.
