Fab Antibody Purification Service
Introduction of Fab Antibody Purification ServiceFab
Fab refers to the antigen-binding region of an antibody, which consists of one constant and one variable domain each of the heavy and light chains, and is about 50 KDa in size. Fab is one of the most commonly used forms of recombinant antibodies, which can be prepared by phage display technology, and is small in size, can penetrate tissues more efficiently, and can be cleared from the blood quickly. Fab does not interfere with anti-Fc-mediated antibody detection due to the absence of Fc fragments.Fab also has the advantages of high tissue distribution specificity and low immunogenicity. Currently, Fab antibodies are widely used in medical fields such as disease prevention, diagnosis and treatment.
Alpha Lifetech Can Provide
With years of research experience in recombinant antibody preparation, Alpha Lifetech can provide customers with high quality Fab antibody expression and purification services. With our rich expertise and advanced phage display platform, Alpha Lifetech can provide customers with integrated Fab antibody screening, expression and purification services. Using Fab fragments obtained by enzymatic digestion or chemical reduction, we have combined recombinant antibody construction technology and protein expression platforms to establish a solid platform for Fab expression using mammalian cells. We have constructed a series of mammalian expression vectors specifically for Fab antibody production, and transiently transfected and expressed Fab antibodies in HEK293 or CHO cell lines. We strictly control the Fab antibody preparation process and produce antibodies with high purity and good stability to meet customer requirements. All batches of proteins prepared by Alpha Lifetech have the same specifications, and the quality of each batch is verified to ensure consistency. The Fab antibodies we prepare have low endotoxin levels, fold correctly and are biologically active.
