Phage Display Antibody Production Workflow

Steps Service Content Timeline
Step 1: Animal Immunization Selected animals are immunized with target antigens using optimized immunization strategies. Serum samples are collected and analyzed by ELISA to evaluate immune response and antibody titers. Following successful validation, immune cells are collected for antibody library construction. 10 weeks
Step 2: cDNA Preparation Total RNA is extracted from immune cells, followed by reverse transcription and high-fidelity PCR amplification to obtain antibody gene fragments for library construction. 1 day
Step 3: Antibody Library Construction Antibody gene fragments are cloned into phage display vectors and introduced into suitable host cells to generate diverse antibody libraries. Library quality is evaluated through sequence analysis and quality control assays before phage amplification and preparation. 3-4 weeks
Step 4: Antibody Library Screening Antibody libraries undergo multiple rounds of panning and screening to enrich antigen-specific binders. Positive clones are identified through ELISA and sequence analysis, followed by further characterization and antibody production. 4-5 weeks
