Step 1: Single Cell Isolation and Capture Individual cells were isolated from tissues or cell populations and dispersed in single-cell suspensions, ensuring that each cell was analyzed as an independent biological unit 2-3 weeks

Step 3: cDNA Synthesis and Amplification
