Prices and Product Specifications

All prices are in U.S Dollars. Discounts are available for large/bulk purchases. Please inquire for a quotation. Products and prices are subject to change without notice. Product data is displayed for each item on our website, along with sizes and detailed document for each item. The performance characteristics of each product may vary from batch to batch, but data represented is specific to one batch. At the time of your order, additional product(s) with similar or different specifications may be available. Unless otherwise specified by the customer, Alpha Lifetech reserves the right to ship product with catalog specifications. As product specifications may change or become unavailable, please contact your technical sales representative for current inventory status and specific product data, or if you wish to purchase a specific lot.

No returns can be accepted without prior written approval by Alpha Lifetech. Only unopened merchandise can be returned. Alpha Lifetech must be notified within 10 days of your receipt of the product. All shipping costs and a 25% handling fee will be paid by the customer. No return of custom manufactured products will be authorized if the product meets the specifications agreed upon prior to shipment. 

We reserve the right to change product specification (i.e. Buffer system) as we see fit to maximize product quality. 

Alpha Lifetech makes no warranty of any kind, expressed or implied, including warranty of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose. Data provided on this website and any data provided with the product are only a guideline on how the product may perform in your system. 

Since every immunoassay system is dependent on many other reagents, over which Alpha Lifetech has no control, it is impossible to predict with any accuracy how our product will react in your system. We encourage you to sample one or more of the available lots to determine if the product that we offer is suitable for your unique system. 

Buyer's exclusive remedy, and Alpha Lifetech's sole liability, shall be limited to, at Alpha Lifetech's option, either a refund of the purchase price or replacement of any material that does not meet our specifications. By acceptance of the product, the Buyer indemnifies and holds Alpha Lifetech harmless against, and assumes all liability for the consequence of its use or misuse by the Buyer, its employees or others, including, but not limited to, the costs of handling. 

Said refund or replacement is conditioned on the Buyer notifying Alpha Lifetech within ten (10) days of receipt of the product. Failure of Buyer to give notice of said ten (10) days shall constitute a waiver by the buyer of all claims hereunder with respect to said material(s). 

The foregoing is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall Alpha Lifetech be responsible for loss of profits or indirect or consequential damages, including but not limited to personal injuries resulting from use of the products. 

Directions given on an individual data sheet or vial label are an integral part of these terms and conditions and must be strictly followed. 

All products remain the property of Alpha Lifetech until full payment is received. 

Limited samples available. Samples are intended for customers seeking new bulk supplier. Alpha Lifetech reserves the right to refuse sample or cease promotion at any time.
